Yesterday the family took me out for the day. We started by going to Atlas Hill (擎天崗) a mountain peak covered in grass, a fascinating departure from the jungle that has covered everywhere else on Taiwan I’ve been to. Afterward we went to a mountainside restaurant for the whole afternoon. Drinking tea while overlooking the city was a great time, it was very relaxing. We stayed quiet a while until we decided to watch the sunset there, it was very pretty and the view of the city was even better after dark.
